Personalized the site with a custom logo image. Very easy to replace the custom text logo with a 40×170 px image logo.

Although WordPress’s new version has a feature to set a post summary on the home page, the Logbook theme is set to 20 words. So, all posts will appear by default with 20 words summary post with or without the featured images.
