Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the problem.
Method 1: Restart your computer
Sometimes a simple restart can fix temporary glitches and restore the functionality of libraries.
Method 2: Check for Windows updates
Make sure your operating system is up to date by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update. Install any available updates and restart your computer if prompted.
Method 3: Run the System File Checker (SFC) tool
The SFC tool scans for and repairs corrupted system files that could be causing issues. Open the Command Prompt as an administrator and type the following command: sfc /scannow. Let the scan complete, and restart your computer afterward.
Method 4: Restore default libraries
Restoring the default libraries will fix this error and you will get all the contents back. You will not lose any of the files present in the folders.
